La Grace is a 1x bedroom cottage, it offers a cosy, relaxed, romantic feel. You enter from the front door into a good sized kitchen / lounge,
with beautiful painted stand alone kitchen units, cooker, washing machine, Belfast sink unit and tiled floor. The lounge area has a chesterfield
sofa, with 2 comfortable sofas in front of a lovely inglenook style fireplace with a wood burning stove. Travelling upstairs, you enter a
stunning bedroom with mezzanine, a 4 poster bed, exposed A framed beams, 3 windows, so the room is flooded with natural light, with an ensuite shower
room with good sized shower unit, hand basin and toilet.
From the lounge you have a door to the back garden, with a seating area with outside table and chairs and BBQ in front of our wonderful 10 x 5meter
swimming pool, with lots of loungers as well as large sunshades. For safety our swimming pool is fitted with an alarm.

MONTHLY RENTALS:
Monthly rentals 850 PER CALENDAR MONTH ( bookings of more than 1 month will gain a 10 % discount from month 2 onwards)
No cleaning fee is required but ask that cottage is left as found ( If cottage requires to be clean 250 euros will be deducted from your breakage deposit).
Breakage deposit required 500 euros.
